I have been using Square Trade for the last couple of years and had my first claim, all I can say is WOW!!!!! what a painfree process, I was having problems with my Keurig, so I sent in the claim they reviewed it and I got a check in about a week. Just a little tip, when you buy the product, make sure you save the reciept and and scan it and send it to Square Trade and you will have painless process.AWESOME!!!!!!!

I have several Square Trade warranties, but had not needed to submit a claim until last week, when my espresso machine started acting up.When I called Square Trade, I spoke with a very helpful gentleman who asked me a couple questions, determined the problem was not truly fixable, and told me he would authorize my getting my entire claim (the whole purchase price) paid did I want a check mailed, a deposit to my PayPal account, or a giftcard to Amazon?That -was -IT!!Seriously, it's that easy?Yep.Then he recommended I try to find a recycling center to take the machine (...AND they're environmentally friendly??Apparently so!!)They don't make customer service like this anymore!Within 2 3 days, I had my money and had bought my new machine.SO common sense, SO down to earth, SO worth the price! I have Square Trade warranties on every piece of electronics I buy, from toasters to laptops.I always get a good price on the items because I'm a shopping fiend why not put up a few bucks to make sure I get at least 3 years out of them?I'd be crazy not to :-) !!!

My SquareTrade warranty made my Thanksgiving Day disappointment an afterthought! While trying to bake my turkey breast for Thanksgiving, my toaster-oven door failed to close, making the job extra-difficult! I jerry-rigged the oven to finish the job, knowing that my toaster-oven was now itself "toast"! Suddenly, I realized I had a SquareTrade warranty on the oven. Checking my records, I filed a claim and within days was purchasing a brand-new replacement oven! I was so glad that SquareTrade protected my ability to keep-on-cooking without having to rely on the turkey "wishbone"!

About 2 years ago I purchased yet another microwave to replace our broken one. We don't have much luck with microwaves for some reason. So this past time I got smart and bought a squaretrade warranty for peace of mind. Of course, out of nowhere, this microwave decided to start sparking and became useless after only 2 years (Sharp brand). At first, I forgot I even purchased the warranty. But a lightbulb went off in my head and I hurried to log into my squaretrade account and there it was! I was still under warranty. So I easily submitted a claim online and received a reply the same day and after a couple of emails, I was told I would receive my claim for the amount I insured it for. Yay Squaretrade! Now the pain of buying yet another microwave isn't going to be so bad. I buy a Squaretrade warranty for ALL of my electronics, computers, cell phones, ipods, nintendo DS's etc. Its so much cheaper than any other warranty out there at your local stores and, in my opinion, so much better! I've referred several people to Squaretrade and they too are extremely happy with Squaretrade! I actually can't say enough about them (and NO I don't work for them, in case you're wondering). Christmas is here so I know I will be buying more warranties and I know they will be from Squaretrade!

I'm on my second one ordered direct from Amazon.com. The first one would not cool below 50 degrees no matter what I did and usually kept the temp somewhere between 50-60 degrees. On the plus side, returning it was no problem, they even arranged for UPS to pick it up, just keep your box so you can repack it. The second one does a little better. It will keep the temp at 35 degrees if I turn it to run continuously. On 7 (the highest) it will run from 45-50 degrees. It's fairly noisy running all the time, but not as bad as my room a/c. I would return it if I could find a box.

This was an outstanding refrigerator, while it worked. Kept beverages frosty, wasn't noisy, and looked great.

About one year and two weeks later, I arrived in my office to find my beverages warm and the unit making an intermittent clicking sound. Can't find anybody who will repair it, so this goes in the trash.

Expensive for the length of time that it worked.

I am a a/c fridge tech. I do not like non OEM products as a rule for these items since they sometimes have a short life or can cause problems with units even if they fit. However, instead of paying up to $69.00 for LG's OEM LT 500 P, I read the reviews people posted who bought this filter. Other then it cycles less gallons then the OEM and may not have the additional micro filter as the OEM, I was able to purchased from this vendor a twin pack for $37.50 and free shipping. Less then $19.00 each. If both this filters lasted as long as the OEM, I still save $30.00. I took a chance and purchased these filters. They fit my fridge perfectly and no leaks. After bleeding the filter for 15 minutes, the water came out crystal clear. Since buying it in June, it has performed perfectly. I do have a 5 year line filter on my main water supply which I got from Home Depot twice and did last 5 years to catch the microbs smaller then any other filter and this cost $30.00. This filter origionally was for our drinking water and I just started the second one a few days ago after I installed the non OEM fridge filter. The water and ice from the WSL-1 came out as clear, odorless, and no bad taste for a month before I put the other line filter on as a backup. I could not tell the difference between this filter from WaterSentinel and the more expensive professional filter. I will check the fridge filter in 6 months and change it with the second one it came with just to cut it open and see what it caught the first six months and re-comment back here again. Bottome line I went over 300 words to say this is a good deal either way. Do not use any other vendor since some of them take forever to ship and no guarentee. I received the WaterSentinel in 7 days of ordering and they were new. Hope this helps.

I don't know what fridge we have but I know it's a Kenmore which is actually made by LG and I assume that because I needed LG filters that cost me my first child.

Thank the sweet lawd for these at like 1/2 the price.Fit perfectly and the water still tastes like water.
