The glass was just the right size. I was afraid since when I measured the crisper cover they were slightly different. However my gut said this was the right one since the description says approximately 24 x 16. The real measurements are 23.83 x 15.5. Really satisfied with it and my crisper cover looks like new as if nothing ever happened.

My small freezer was not working and the compressor appeared to be OK.Using this item to replace the suspect start capacitor, overload, and start relay worked well, was easy to install, and reduced the possibility I was replacing the wrong component.The freezer is now running well for over a month.I would recommend this, so long as you know the size of the compressor to match it to the proper kit.

The only disadvantage is there is no good way to mount the kit, which isn't a significant problem.

We are very satisfied with purchase. We did not get from Amazon, I often go here to look at reviews on big items like this.It is very big, plenty of room.Love the middle drawer.The owner's manual said you can use it for: 1. items you use most often, saves energy from opening a small drawer versus the 2 french drawers. 2. for kids, the things they use most often, they can serve themselves. 3. fruits and veggies.The freezer holds more than I expected, like the basket shelf at the top.A review on another site mentioned she had to lay her juices down, but we found the shelves to be quite adjustable, we can fit a pitcher and large juices on the bottom left of the fridge.Also like that a gallon of milk fits is the door.The icemaker is small, but we don't use tons of ice anyway.All the controls are on the outside.We like the feature that premeasures water for your special water bottle, or for cooking (read manual to calibrate before using feature).

I got Whirlpool 4-door French door refrigirator during the Labor Day weekend (sale). My wife loves the configuration of the doors and drawers. Through glass partitions and floors, we can see each storage section at a glance and easily. Size-wise, it's more than enough for a retired couple like us. My wife loves this every day.

So far everything appears to be wonderful for us with this unit.As for the ice maker the manual states that you should expect your first batch of ice in 24 hours.Ours dropped in about 6 hours (only a few cubes), but after that a it produced a lot of ice.Water quality and temperature settings can affect ice production, but there are no problems to report here..so don't get scared by other reviews claiming otherwise.

I have had these in two brand new RV's and they have never worked. Not even at first. I return them to be fixed, the techs fiddle with it for awhile and say try this and bring it back if it doesn't work. Next trip. no fridge, return and start over. Eventually I get tired of them trying to fix it. AC electric has always worked. Fine when you're parked at home. Battery sucks dry in hours if you try to use that. Gas just never works. Will not light, will not stay lit. Even more frustrating because the switch is right next to the gas hot water heater. One touch and its on, never any problems so it's not like we can't build something that works. I'm completely through with Norcold.

I purchased this product because of ratings in Consumer Reports and because of the Samsung brand name. The French Door refrigerator was installed yesterday by two guys from Lowe's. One a trainee, the other berating the trainee. They said there might be "water on the floor". If so call them back. They said the icemaker will make ice in 12 hours. OK.

24 hours later, the icemaker was still not making ice. We pulled the refrig out from the wall, there was a kink in the line. We thought that fixed the problem. Nope. We hit the reset button for 8 seconds. The "Icemaker" light is supposed to go dark. It didnt.

Also, the electronic display is supposed to be 0 degrees. But it's "frozen" on -8 degrees. Called Samsung. Service people were very nice and set me up with a local "repair guy" who is coming out tomorrow to see what the problem is.

Bottom line is, this supposedly well rated French Door refrig. is not performing according to the manufacturer's reputation. I'm not thrilled with what I'm experiencing with this product.

Upon finding a puddle of water coming from under the fridge and ice down the back of my freezer I defrosted the entire thing and then restocked it.After about two weeks the same thing.This little puppy was the culprit.Well the old one.Threw a new one of these in and everything is great. (My shizzle once again sizzles)Turns out the old ones can develop a slow leak that eventually ices up the ice maker water intake and inadvertently overflows down the back of the freezer and out the back of the fridge where with water line goes to the ice maker.
