Received filters as advertised, and they arrived within 2 weeks despite coming from another country.Great deal on the filters.

Also, these are the correct filters for the Bosch refrigerator despite the fact that the label says for commercial use only. The original filter that came from the factory said the same thing. This is the one Bosch intended to be used.

This filer for some unknown reason is expensive and the taste of water is so bad my family totally quit drinking from it and using the ice it makes.It removes the taste of clorine but no matter how much you drain after fresh replacement, it still has a bad taste/odor to it. As it the water has passed through a tunnel of mould. I bought exact same one from Lowe's for $29.00 and it had the same ugly taste. I figured that was bad and wanted to try this one which was more expensive. I am going to contact Samsung and find out what the deal is. I am suspecting there are more unsatisfied customers out there in the wild.

I replace my filter every 6-9 months, and they do a great job of removing the excessive chlorine that our water district pumps into our water. Bought this one to replace my old Emerson 2-Door Compact Refrigerator (dead after 4 years). The refrigerator section is much colder than the Emerson. When I set the thermostat at 5 (total is 6), the milk I put in the door storage will has some ice in it. The temp of Emerson compact refrigerator is not stable. This one is better, and also quieter. Really love this refrigerator. But the packaging box of Danby is not strong. So make sure the refrigerator is not damaged when you receive the item.

I had purchased a Haier through Amazon and it was noisey then stopped working before 3 months were up. Amazon took it back no problem. So I started looking for another one and found this one. It is whisper quite, medium energy use and have had no problems. I would recommend it.

I had this fridge all through college and it was pretty good. The fridge itself looks really nice and stylish with the stainless steel. I loved having the separate real freezer, which none of the college dorm fridges had. I did run into a problem, where after about a year, the fridge portion started cooling very unevenly. My milk in the door would spoil too quick while items in the back would freeze solid. It worked out okay, but I had to learn where to place certain items in the fridge for best temperature.

I've had this refrigerator about three months and it works fine. However, when moving it, I apparently lifted it by the top and broke a plastic part that connects the top to the unit. Warranty doesn't cover plastic parts after 30 days. They gave me phone number to order replacement parts but I gave up after being on hold for one hour.

I was hesitant to purchase this due to one of the other reviews, but I must say that I am very satisfied.It was easy to install, just like the original filter I bought from Sears.Just like the Sears filter, the box tells you to run water through it for about 3 minutes to clear out the loose carbon particles.I filled two large pitchers, and had some noticeable carbon residue in the first pitcher, but the second pitcher was crystal clear.

The water tastes just fine, and is certainly an improvement in taste compared to our tap water.

I would definitely purchase this filter again when the time comes to replace it.

Bummer, we wanted to be green friendly but this made our water taste worse. It tasted like water from a hose...very "plastic" and dirty. Our tap water from the sink tastes better unfortunately. Had hoped to replace an old & cracked ice bin with a similar product. There is nothing "Eezy Out" about this design. Normally the off-set, skewed top part of this kind of ice bin pops ice cubes out when they trays are torqued slightly.That is not possible with this new bin with smaller top. The old ice bin is big enough on the top to match up with the ice trays.

Arrival time was reasonable, within what was stated. Upon arrival, the ice bin was quite dirty and warped, like it was the last one on earth, and they decided to go ahead and send it any way. If you need an ice bin that will fit on a freezer door, this will fit. If you want one that works with plastic ice trays and is "Eezy Out", don't bother. The choice is yours.
