The product isn't great, but the customer service was very good. The good is it does the job, and so far the wines we have had in the cooler were great.

The bad.This cooler has two settings, but it refuses to allow the bottom section to be warmer than 56 degrees, even with both settings as high as possible. The shelving isn't designed too well, as it's easy to pull the entire shelf out and have bottles fall to the floor. I would also note that French wines are too wide to fit 4 to a shelf, and will not fit height wise without taking out shelves (this isn't a product issue, but I wanted to throw it out there). It's an okay product, not amazing, but probably somewhat in line with the pricing.

We did a lot of research before purchasing this wine fridge. It is very quiet and keeps wine cooled accurately in both zones.The only negative is that the shelves are too close together, making it difficult to slide them in and out if a bottle is slightly over sized.

There is one problem with this cooler. If this design error has not happened it would be 5 Stars.

Here's the problem:

The shelves are too close together. So, unless the cooler is entirely stocked with narrow Claret style bottles, you end up having to cram/push the bottles in, spoiling the labels. If like me you have a mix of old world / new world wine and a variety of bottle shapes (including fatter Chardonnay bottles) then this product may be a problem.

Such a simple thing they should have thought of. Shame really. Otherwise 5 stars. And it's super quiet.

First off, shipping was fast and the Old Dominion Freight Line driver was very helpful, courteous and exceeded all my expectations. Packaging had some minor damage and he helped me to unpack and inspect. All appeared O.K. with one small exception, "A bent lower frame on right side lower back. Was not a show stopper and I signed off on it. As for the quality and build of this product I give it a 3 Star because the shelving is week and does not slide out smoothly when loaded. The bottom shelf is not secured and extreme caution must be used when sliding out with bottles on it. It tipped down and dumped 11 bottles on the floor, the only thing saving the day and over $275.00 in wine value was a rug I had placed on the floor in front of the cooler, not happy with this and will be looking for a solution. Total volume is not 155 bottles but more like 130 :-( , and the shelves are much to close together damaging labels when sliding shelving in and out so I set the bottles on their side , labels facing to the right or left to protect them. Lastly, I also purchased a Edgestar 32 bottle dbl door cooler and must say that it is a much better cooler and maintains the temps right on the settings and no fluctuations. I used special refer temp gauges to test the built in displays and they are dead on, I am very happy! This so called 155 bottle unit is way off and temps fluctuate 4 to 5 degrees each way from settings. This unit was supposed to be a much better compressor operated type cooler, not so. For over all cooling I rate it at a 2 Star, not reliable and 2 stars would be a high rating too! I may just sell this one and buy 3 more of the Edgestar Mod. TWR325ESS 32 BOTTLE THERMOELECTRIC units, "This little 32 bottle unit works great, holds the temp settings spot on and it looks great too!! Will add to this later on after the 155 bottle unit is in operation for 30 more days or so... that is if I keep it that long!!

I bought this unit for my friend for her birthday and then my husband surprised me with one for Christmas.

LOVE IT! We keep it stocked with Pinot Noir at a perfect 55 degrees. We have not experienced any malfunction of the unit and our friends is working perfectly as well.

The blue interior light (with on/off switch) is very sexy and gives it a sleek look. Contrary to the look in the picture, the casing is actually a silver tone-not white. The size is perfect, and it fits very nicely on our counter above our liquor cabinet.

UPDATE here we are 01/01/2013 and it's still going strong. LOVE IT! (and yes, our friend's cooler is running perfectly too).

Ok, I should not have posted that update. 2 weeks later the thing crapped out. I had simply turned the interior light on (which I almost never do) and the next day I noticed the temperature was reading 65 degrees nearly 10 degrees warmer than it should have been. The next day it was up to 70.

Needless to say we just unplugged it and have not tried starting it up again, but I am looking for replacements now...

I have owned this wine cooler for about 4 months and after only

1 month I had to return it for a replacement because it would no

longer cool it just stayed at room temp. After another month of

having my replacement it also won't cool any more. It is very

quite when running but after about 1 month they don't cool at all.

It's hard to keep you wine lasting long when your cooler is at 75 degrees

fahrenheit.

Although this wine cooler is attractive-looking and compact, it is very unreliable.I've had mine for only a few months before it started acting up.Every time I pressed the temperature gauge downward to make it cooler, the worthless piece of metal only got warmer instead! That's insane.

In the small coolerdepartment, this is the best.But, it is not without issues.I bought this model because it was the only one that claimed the ability to get down to the very low temperture that I like for my white wines.What they did not tell me is that it can only get to that temperture if you also run a "cold house".If you keep your house down below 65F you get to the low temperture advertised.It is also sort of loud in a small space.However, having said all this, I would most likely still buy the productd again.

Do not buy. I wish I had put more credence in the other reviews. This cooler does look good on the outside.

I would not trust your good wine in it. The temperature fluctuations are about 10 degrees. We were going to put this in a guest room but it was so noisy

we could hear it in the other room. No one would be able to sleep in the same room. Based on reviews I would not buy any wine fridge made in China.

I realize that does not leave many options. We decided to go with a GE Monagram at three times the price. There is also U-line which is made in America. We shall see.
