Water Sentinel WSF-1 Replacement Filters, 4-PACK

I bought the 4 pack of water filters for our fridge. Installed fine, works great. I love that I paid less for 4 of the off-brand than 1-2 of the name brand. I recommend it!

This product is very poor. I guess, there is a reason why these filters are so cheap. The quality of water is not impressive at all after this filter. I thought it was just me, but all my friends have confirmed that my water now has a plastic taste to it after this filter has been installed.

I've contacted the seller and they were very friendly and stuff, no complaints in this area. They suggested installing another filter from the same pack (it comes in a bulk pack) before returning the product back. So I did. That did not change a bit. The water still has that plastic taste.

I would not recommend this product. Seriously, spend a couple of extra bucks and buy a real filter. Too bad I didn't read reviews prior to buying this product.

So much cheaper than the manufacturer original.No problem replacingthe original with the Sentinel product.Water tastes the same.No leaking issue.I will buy this product again.

I finally caved and bought this product as a replacement for our icemaker that broke over a year ago. I was hesitant because the icemaker that came with our GE Profile refrigerator was not durable at all especially given that the fridge was only 3 yrs old when the plastic ice level indicator arm broke off and eventually the unit stopped making ice. I am pleased to say that the replacement icemaker is working great! It doesn't seem nearly as noisy as the original one and makes ice at an acceptable rate.

This is the third Whirlpool dishwasher that I have had fail in the last 3 years!This one failed exactly one month after the warranty expired (Whirlpool didn't even consider extended a courtesy to a loyal customer), the one before that lasted 2 years, the one before that 10 years.

Whirpool seems to be in a steep decline in overall quality. I manage rental units and repair/replace dishwashers and appliances all the time, but these newest Whirlpool models are unsatisfactory and unreliable. The no frills, cheap off-brand dishwashers last far longer with no problems.

For years Whirlpool was my "go to" brand for major appliances, but after this series of failures I will be looking for a more reliable brand.

For years I have been looking for a product that will help eliminate odors in the refrigerator and freezer.I was skeptic at first but then I heard about charcoal being used in refrigerators and decided to give it a try.Great product!

We recently bought a house and after moving in noticed an odor in the refrigerator that kept coming back no matter how thoroughly we cleaned it out.I bought one of these for the refrigerator and one for the freezer about a month ago and so far so clean.

What I received was not the refrigerator deodorizer as pictured, which I had purchased before and been happy with.What I received was two cardboard boxes with holes in them.I could have gone to my local grocery store and bought Arm & Hammer baking soda and punched some holes in the box and gotten the same result.Can't believe they charged me $12.60 each for them!Before I left negative feedback, I contacted the seller with my complaint but never received any response.Very poor service on a VERY bad product.Maybe someone from Amazon will read this and contact me---I hope so as this has left a very negative impression on me.

The items are NOT manufactured by Whirlpool but by a different company. The package is flimsy cardboard, not plastic as pictured and as previously sold.The listing says it lasts for a year but the package says replace after six months.I have written to Amazon complaining about these misrepresentations.Good luck if you still want to buy this.

My wife and I purchased this item last year when the fridge started giving off a strange smell. We had emptied it and cleaned it with vinegar, soap, comet, nothing would get rid of the smell which I guess had securely fastened itself in the vents. We bought these as a last resort and they did the trick (Although I think the cleanings got rid of the original source of the smell so you might want to do that as well). We put them in the freezer and fridge and in 24 hours there was not a hint of stink.
