Amana IC13B Icemaker Kit For Bottom Mount Refrigerators

This was a breeze to install, took me 45 minutes tops.

It was obvious that this unit was designed for more than just 1 application, I wound up with a spare fill solenoid (2 were provided) along with associated tubing, brackets, etc.

The instructions were somewhat vague, but anyone with some mechanical knowledge will be able to figure out installation easily.

It makes ice, and plenty of it, enough said...

What can you say about an ice maker it works. it came with extra parts. I guess it is for a variety of make and model refrigerators so they include extra stuff. nit to hard to install the refrigerator was ice maker ready so no drilling cutting or measuring.

I'm not sure if it's the cap or the poor design on the fridg, but I could never get it to stay put & finally just removed it.I will use it when the filter needs replacing.Love the fridg hate the filter removal process!
