This "cooler" does not cool below 54 degrees unless we completely remove it from the cabinet.We have vented the cabinet in the back and on both sides to release the amazing amount of heat this machine gives off and still the temperature will not drop enough to chill properly while in the cabinet. We bought this one to fit in a space from a trash compactor.You must pull out each shelf to place a bottle on it, you can't just slide a bottle onto a shelf.The appearance is quite nice and goes well with our other stainless steel appliances. We're still looking for solutions to the overheating problem.

This product gives off too much heat, and the shelves are flimsy wooden shelves that fall out easily and are too close to each other so that the bottles do not fit on each shelf.I had to remove every other shelf.It also does not cool to the temperatures listed.Unfortunately the cost to return is not worth the hassle.Sigh.Stay away from this company and their products.I bought this unit brand new just a couple of weeks ago and could not tap a keg because of a defective part.I was told that I would have to purchase the replacement part.I expressed my displeasure with their rep and that I would make sure to write a negative review and never purchase their products again and quite frankly, he could have cared less.So buyer beware when it comes to Vinotemp.I would give zero stars but unfortunately this is not an option.Save 37% Off
The 21 bottle I got looks a little different then this one, and so far very pleased with the performance. Fits perfectly where I placed it and it holds my whites on the top and reds on the bottom zone. Very quiet! unlike my refrigerator.

I was hesitant to buy any smoothtop stove but I am glad that I did buy this one after 18 mos of research and talking with others.I love it.So many features on this one.Power boil, 3 ring burner, warmer, convection bake, convection roast and 3 baking racks.So much for the money.Shop during holiday sales (presidents day, black friday) and save hundreds!The top is easy to clean with the ceramabryte cleaner that comes with the stove and also sold on amazon too!The rangetop has a speckled design which diguises dust that lands on your black stovetop.I do have a small scratch on mine after 4 wks dont know how that happened.Cons:you cannot use cast iron or corningware and I have lots of corningware but I would buy again. Its beautiful, made well and matches my kitchen perfectly.The convection roast crisp up pizza, crepes, skin on chicken perfectly.Rangetop heats fast, oven is slow to preheat due to heating element being hidden under oven floor but that makes the oven easier to clean, just make your adjustments.Timer ring is low volume but I guess you should stay in vicinity while cooking anyway.Love Love this beautiful stove. This range has a lot of fine features and seems well built.Unfortunately, GE ships it with some sort of acrylic binder on its oven fiberglass insulation that has to burn off with the first few uses.The smell from this burning is nasty, and probably toxic.GE recommends that you self-clean the oven to get rid of the smell, and open the windows.So don't buy one in the winter.I'm left with the feeling that GE cares little for the health and well-being of its customers all they would have to do is plug in and run the unit at the factory (preferably outside) yet they don't do this.Want GE JB705STSS 30 Freestanding Smoothtop Electric Range - Stainless Steel Discount?
I too had the problem with this GE range (but the Black model) and like you GE was as useless as they were for you.I had to run the Self-Clean procedure 4 times at 5 hrs each time in order for the smell to go away even when trying to cook something in the oven at 350 degrees.Be aware that when doing the Self-Clean, the top of the oven (where the burners are), the metal of the electronic controls (where the knobs are and the keypad), and the front of the oven will get to over 180 degrees.The sides of the electronic control panel during the Self-Clean cycle will get to over 220 degrees.
Also when cooking something in the oven at 450 degrees the metal of the control panel with the knobs and electronics get to over 125 degrees and the side of the control panel gets to over 155 degrees.
I asked GE if this was expected or normal and they brushed me off and said that is how they designed it.
I do not know if all hidden-element, glass-top ranges are like this but GE would rather not have customers know this.

My 2 yr old oven glass shattered into a million pieces. I have been fighting with GE for almost two months now and even though they know it is their fault and that the glass was faulty, they wont do anything to help me besides give me $100 off of the bill. Of course if I accept the $100 off, it will still be over $300 to fix and I will have no warranty WHEN it happens again. If you are considering any GE product, dont buy it. Their appliances are terrible and they wont do anything for you if something happens.

Another good feature is that the burners are at a very good distance from each other, allowing you to actually put 4 decent sized pans without interference. The knob positions are very intuitive as you don't have to think which knob corresponds to which burner.

I have owned this cook top for less than a year and the knobs scratch easily and warp underneath. The company's response is to delay replacing the knobs. I have been trying to get them replaced for two months and I still have not gotten new ones.

Very useful , easy to clean. Automatic starter turns flame on without having to pause or linger on the starter setting. Very nice. Red light indicator shows gas is on. Nice safety feature. Grill is substantial but not overly heavy as another popular brand is.Enamel surface and sealed burners make this easy to clean. No special cleaners needed.The dials seem a good quality...no wobble and they fit well and turn smoothly. Only negative is that there is a sound like a quiet blowtorch when the burners are turned up high but this does not bother us so we deduct no stars for this. Just wanted to mention it in case that would matter to you. We are very pleased with this unit.

I, like so many others, was horrified when my washer finally died after 22 years.After reading all the reviews, virtually no washer available got what I considered really good marks, even those that were well over a $1,000.Consumer reports is starting to get silly on this environmental stuff so they didn't even review washers with agitators.Geesh!Amazon is starting to be more and more reliable and is quoted quite often by reviewers with the advantage of being able to read each review.After balancing reviews, costs, and using a little common sense, I decided to go with this washer.First thing everyone needs to understand, these new style washers do not fill with water.When the wash cycle starts, the wash basket spins slowly while water is sprayed onto the garments, thus soaking the garments.You need to place the detergent in the washer before the wash starts since there is not enough water to disperse the detergent in the same manner as the old washers.I think that is what is worrying so many people...it's just different.There are also separate dispensers for bleach and fabric softener; I have used the one for bleach and it worked beautifully.
Reading the manual is a must because it really lays out what exactly the washer does and it's easy to manipulate the settings to do what you'd like.There's even a setting for just blue jeans.Or, you can override everything and just do long washes filled with as much water as the machine allows...but I doubt the wash would come out any better.Also a big plus, most regular loads have come out really, really dry.It's almost bizarre of how rung out they are and it has cut down on drying time.It is also very quiet...at least compared to our old machine.
Of course, I have no idea how long this washer will last but it has really exceeded my expectations.I honestly am very surprised at how well this washer works.My only advice for reading reviews on these new washers is realize they use much, much less water and spin really fast so complaints that are the results of those two realities, like clothes being twisted due to the fast spin, you almost have to ignore.
This is a very, very good washer and the price makes this thing a best buy, in my opinion.I honestly couldn't be happier.
2.26.13:Just as a quick add-on as I've now had this washer for over 3 months.I live in the country and am on a well system for water.Due to our filtration system I can see how much water we use.We use so much less water now I am shocked.Now, for me, I'm not that big on the ecological stuff as I find most of it to be misleading.However, if you want to use less household water, this washer has made a significant difference.If water conservation is a concern, then this is a good washer for that reason alone.

This machine gets my clothes clean, uses less water, detergent, and electricity than my last machine and has a huge basket. The basket does not fill all the way but I have ran some pretty big loads and have not noticed any spotting or problems with my clothes. The power rinse option seems to compensate for not filling the basket all the way. My preferred setting is the manual fill Super Load, with cold water for colors and warm for whites and I always use the PowerRinse option. Only drawbacks I've noticed is that the machine is much louder than I expected it to be (especially when the agitator is running) and that it took forever to ship from the dealer I ordered it from. These are the reasons I only give it a four star. Owned it for a little over a month now though and no major complaints thus far. I called GE on the noise and they said this should decrease with time and is completely normal when breaking in a new wash machine. Time will tell.Want GE GTWN4250DWS 3.9 Cu. Ft. On super high load, water only fills up to 1/2 full !Keep your old washers and get them rebuilt even if it costs you twice what a new one does.THis is mostly due to new government mandates.At least you can get it to rinse at same level if you put it on "power rinse" which is more than most models do.You just have to select "super" water level, and load it like you used to load a "medium" load in your old machine.Pray you don't have a king sized bed and a big comforter.
I did give it 3 stars because it does have manual water level and rinse is the same level. Also when selecting Hot wash, it is actualy hot.

I had to purchase a new washer when my old one finally gave up after having been repaired twice. This one is very quiet and after the spin cycle, the clothes are very dry so that drying time is cut in half. I have seen negative reviews complaining about the water level. I just turned it to super and didn't use the precise fill selection. Also, I saw a tip from another owner that if you select the fabric softener rinse, you will get more water in the rinse cycle. I used to have to close the laundry room door, which is right off the family room where we watch TV when using the old one. This one was so quiet I had to go check to see if it was running. I did find that I don't have to use as much detergent so that will save some money, there is a speed wash cycle if I need something in a hurry and shorter drying time. My best friend has a front loading HE washer and hates it. She saw this one and now wants to come try it out to see if she wants to sell hers and get one. Apparently mold and mildew buildup in hers is a problem. As far as how long this washer will last remains to be seen, but initially I am very pleased.
Update 2/12/2013I have been using the washer for a few weeks now and I still love it. I have read reviews where people have complained that it doesn't use enough water. If you learn to use the settings, you can get as much water as you want. I have to wash a lot of dirty jeans and towels. I use the super load setting and the fabric softener rinse setting. Both give plenty of water and my clothes get as clean as I could expect. No, not every stain comes out, but some of them are just permanent and no washing machine on earth could get them out. Spin cycle gets clothes very dry so my dryer only needs to run about half the time.

All that aside, the bottom line to any appliance purchase today is akin to betting on roulette and expecting to win (worst odds ever). Like many, I did an inordinate amount of product research and read countless customer reviews prior to purchasing. Opinions and experiences are all over the map. And this is a fundamental problem for all brands not just Samsung. As mentioned elsewhere there is much outsourcing going on and it seems almost impossible for manufacturers to attain consistent quality levels. BTW, I was surprised to learn (after purchasing) this refrigerator is imported from Korea. I bring this up only because it supports many customer complaints concerning long wait times when breakdowns inevitably occur. The delays are primarily the result of long distance parts delivery. Several service repair companies I contacted are not even qualified to work on these appliances as Samsung strictly controls the qualification process along with parts distribution (exporting from Korea).
To be fair, this Samsung replaces a 12-year old Maytag side by side (with ice-maker) which I can't begin to relate just how horrible and unreliable a refrigerator can be! It was the first appliance I ever bought with an extended warranty (reluctantly). It was also the first appliance I inevitably recouped my money from using that warranty (and then some) due to abnormally frequent repairs and parts replacement (both costly to the insurance company). What I learned from this is warranties can be useful for offsetting expensive service and food replacement costs but doesn't instill customer confidence or improve product reliability... it is what it is. Factor in countless hours due to lost work time; aggravation with incompetent CSR agents; delays and missed appointments with repair ppl and inordinate amounts of wasted food... you can easily see where this is going.
So don't hate Samsung just because it's not assembled in North America (who is?) or you see customer complaints online.In fact, check any brand and it's pretty much the same for all. CR may rate some models and brands higher but unfortunately (and inevitably) they all have issues. There are only a handful of companies (worldwide) making compressors and major components for refrigerators these days and every manufacturer is buying from them. So no brand is immune and "inconsistent" quality has been around for awhile now. The days of buying a refrigerator (or any major appliance) and expecting it to last for 20 years are long over. And spending more money doesn't help either. High end brands such as Viking and Sub-Zero are notoriously problematic and appear even more unreliable.
The bottom line is no matter how much research and regardless what brand you prefer or currently own... you definitely will be rolling the dice and taking a bigger chance than you might expect on your next purchase. The days of "Maytag reliability" are long gone (I can most definitely attest to that). Long term reliability is not the norm, it is an anomaly. Don't expect your next refrigerator to provide more than 7-10 years of consistent reliability (at most). Like other "tech toys" refrigerators have become trendy fashion statements, several high end models have built in flat screens with wi-fi, so don't expect them to last long. In fact, the tech will easily become obsolete long before the warranty ends prompting many to upgrade just to stay current.
The best advice I can offer anyone is cover your bets and consider an extended warranty and use AmEx or Discover (check their respective policies) to extend it another year. Because unlike back in the day, it may not take years to see problems develop in new appliances and 28 cubic feet of food spoils real quick and gets real expensive...
Update: 07-29-12
A brief update: After more than 7 months there is no significant issues to report and that is really saying something these days...
The refrigerator continues to operate flawlessly albeit with the following very minor issues. Every so often the unit makes a slight humming, mechanical or vibrating noise emanating from the rear. If I give it a slight nudge or push, it stops but returns infrequently. My suspicion is there may be a lose line inside the back that vibrates in sympathy with the compressor when it kicks on. Still its only sporadic and not repeatable enough to call out a tech... yet.
Beyond that all areas of the fridge appear to operate normally maintaining correct temps within acceptable tolerances. I installed 3 small digital thermometers within the upper, mid and lower (double door fridge, pull-out drawer & freezer) sections. Depending on time of day and frequency of access, the temps rarely deviate beyond +/5 degrees, which is really good especially with the unrelenting summer heat.
Our electric utility bills appear slightly higher than last year but the utility's "smart meter" indicates outdoor temps to be almost 2 degrees hotter these past months. Factor in our utilities super high rate pricing or "peak demand" for July & August (thanks SRP) and abnormally higher temps and it's tough to know if the refrigerator's efficiency gains aren't offset by our home's dual AC systems which cycle more frequently this time of year?
Lastly, the annoying ice maker continues to do it's part, still functioning normally albeit loudly. We have come to terms with it and now view it as a "feature" enhancement as you always know when its working. Guess you can get used to anything, all in all no real regrets...A little more than a month ago we bought a new Samsung RF4287HARS refrigerator.It is Samsung's top of the line model.It has many wonderful features.We love the center drawer with flex temperature control; the style, look and feel are great; the lighting inside is even better than anything else we saw.There was only one problem:It didn't work.
After a couple weeks the fridge just stopped cooling the ice melted and drained water all over our floor, much to the chagrin of our dog who was sleeping nearby; the freezer defrosted, meaning it was steak night (with both corn and beans hurray); the entire interior went to over 45 degrees according to our handy dandy thermometer.It just wasn't running.We had repair people come out twice, the second time they said it could not be fixed.
OK, that happens.Sears agreed to replace the unit with a brand new one.Three cheers for Sears!
The second new unit was installed and within a couple weeks we had the exact same problem.Warm soda and a wet dog but hey, steak for dinner again.The service people came out and said it was a bad sensor.OK, that happens.So they replaced the sensor a week or so later (they had to order the parts, but the good news is that it is currently cold outside, so at least we had cold food for a while).After replacing the sensor it worked great for nearly a few days and then had the exact same problem again!By this point we have run out of frozen steak (and just about everything else), although our dog has never smelled better.But back came the repair people this time the diagnosis is a bad mother board (although having watched several repair people work on this model it becomes increasingly clear that they do not really know what's wrong; at best, they are guessing).
We are now faced with the question of what to do next.Option 1:replace the second unit with a third new version of this model, and hope that the third time is the charm.My concern is that, as Einstein said, insanity is defined as doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.Option 2:replace the second unit with a model from a different manufacturer.But here is a small problem we looked at other units and found that the GE Profile models had many similar features and might make a good replacement for the Samsung version.But as we looked closer today we noticed that the one drawer GE was a little too similar to the one drawer and two drawer Samsung.If you look at them side by side you will notice that they are so similar that it appears they are actually made with identical parts.In an era where outsourced and contract manufacturing is common in many industries, this raises the concern that even the GE models would have the same problems as they may be made in the same factory with the same parts, leading to the same defects or issues.
For those of you keeping score, that is:Samsung refrigerators 2, Cold Food Zero, Steak Dinners 2, Wet Dogs 3, and spoiled food more than $300.
So in short, Samsung has included many great features in this unit.They only thing it seems to be lacking is coldness.So far the fridge works well, has tons of capacity, flexible shelving systems.
This unit is a tad shorter than others in this size class.It needs only 68.5" of clearance for the portion of the unit behind the hinges. There is a plastic cord holder/dust cover on the back left top of the ice box. This was a cover for a recessed area that looks like where the water connects to the ice maker. I had to remove it to fit under the 68.5" face frame I had.This leaves about 1/4" top clearance at the face frame of the upper cabinet (of course 2" above top when you get past the face frame). I did cover the recessed area with packing tape to keep dust out.
The touch screen is a little finicky about where you touch.To switch ice types or turn ice off, you actually don't touch the screen rather the top curved area of the ice/water portal not very clear in manual, luckily there one one obscure picture that showed the correct spot.
The middle "flex" drawer looks very promising.
Will update this over time.

I did see a better picture about turning ice off better that my initial review.Ice maker has a somewhat different and slightly louder "ice drop" sound.The ice making frequency could be faster, but only time will tell if it keeps up with summer demand.I did have to tweak the alignment of the upper doors could not be simpler!!!

We replaced our white electric stove with a stainless gas stove which led to replacing the fridge, washer/dryer and dishwasher with stainless. My wife had re-painted the kitchen and it needed the updates anyway. Went with Samsung on all at Lowes as they had a big sale on.
Bought this reftigator in November however they were not able to deliver until Fedruary as the units were "out of stock". Looking back this may be a form of bait and switch. We still had our 14 year old GE purring away so not a biggie. Besides my wife loved this unit.
Lowes delivered. Whoa unit was totally unlevel. Celled them back and had them come back out to level the unit and door. Leveled unit but it was unstable and guy seid he could not level doors!
Decided to wait a little while to see if unit might settle before calling them again. Six weeks later woke up and the temp display was flashing. Unplugged as the manual states and while it came cack on the temp level was unstable. As a matter of fact it would run for a while and shut off before both levels were at set point. Freezer would say -4 and fridge 57. Unplug to reset and the freezer would be 38 and fridge 57. This would flip flop. Finally went to Lowes and they gave me a number to call.
Called the number and the first thing the person did was to try and upsell an extended warranty claiming ours started the day we bought it. Declined and they finally set up a service call for THREE days later.
Called Samsung and they straightned out warranty but could not get anyone out quicker and as a matter of fact used the same people as Lowes who are in Fort Lauderdale FL while we are in North Alabama. Boy wonder how long a follow up call takes as it is a 16 hour drive.
We have moved the freezer items to our chest deep freeze and moved important fresh food items such as medicines to a dorm type fridge we used to keep beverages in. Like I told my wife great we have a three thousand dollar Samsung and are keeping stuff in a ninty-nine dollar dorm fridge.
What scares me is our other appliances are Samsung. What I have decided to do is savings be damned and am calling Lowes to pick up all the appliences and doing like I did at first for appliances and buy from a local appliance dealer.
The other dealer installed the appliances correctly, had a serviceman out immediatey when we did have a problem, is ten minutes away and know how to follow-up. Inconvenience and frustation with poorly made and installed appliances are not worth saving the bucks.
As a final on the electronics. We had out house re-wired to curcuit breakers and the TV and surround system are on the same breaker and they are working fine so I beleive the problem lies as with many in poor design and/or manafacture.
Know this review is a little long but when you are looking at paying three thousand dollars for a fidge that may self destruct in a few weeks you need as much info as possible. If you go ahead wish you the best of luck. We gambled and lost.
FOLLOW UP ON SERVICE. The tech arrived three days later and my wife called me at work saying he had it fixed and needed to talk to me. He claimed the outlet it was plugged into was not grounded and he had replugged it into another that is and it was good to go. He asked me to call him later to report on the temperatur of the unit. Three hours later is was 61 degrees! Called and reaponse was oh that is what is happening which we had expained several times to Lowes, Samsung and his dispatcher not including the description given to him. Well I will order the parts because Samsung sent me out without any parts and be back Friday which was three days later. After I got off teh phone I remembered as mentioned the circuit he said was not grounded is the one I have my Pioneer Elite Surround plugged into and the Monster surge protector/power conditioner says the circuit is grounded?
I went the next day to Lowes and requested they come get everything. The response was we have a new one in stock now and will excnange if you call Samsung. Thirty minutes on the phone with Samsung the next day and yes we can RMA it but it takes 3-5 days to get it authorized. Lowes did get it OKd the next day and delivered it two days later. They still did a bad job of leveling which I corrected the next day ijncluding leveling the doors.
The tech called three days later and his comment was I have the parts now and can I come by and see if they fix it. This was TEN DAYS after the original problem was reported. Way too long when you are dealing with an appliance that is suppoused to preserve food not spoil it.
The new unit is nosier but works better. So far three weeks it is OK but time will tell. Ice noise and volume is still lackluster compared to the old GE.
Samsung service and customer satisfaction conderns are at best comicial and at average diasterous. Boy this review ihas turned into a novel which if you read I hope you find helpful

We have had this fridge for about 9 months now.We really weren't shopping for a fridge, but saw this one in the store and fell in love with it.Our 25 cubic foot side by side worked fine, we just both hated the side by side too restricted on what went in the freezer, things got "lost", etc.We looked at this one at several places trying to decide if we should go ahead and take the plunge.Well, Lowe's had a great sale and price, so we went for it. We are so glad.I love this fridge.Really wondered about the ss not the easiest thing to clean.But, I found "invisible glass" wipes.They work great if you buff with a clean soft cloth after using them.Inside is beautiful such bright light!Shelves are very versitle, nice for parties when you have several tall bottles of wine.We love the middle drawer.We use it for different things depending on what we have.It has worked perfectly for everything we put in it.The French doors are great.We keep the things we use most on one side,so we always know which door to open.We are even getting ready to sell our old freezer now.We had to have it with the side by side, but this freezer is so nice and roomy, we no longer use it. This freezer holds a huge amount!There are three cons with this fridge.1. Yes, the ice is noisy when it falls into the catcher, but we really very seldom notice it anymore.The cats used to jump when it would dump but they have gotten used to it, too, and it no longer bothers them either.2.As others have said, I also wish there was a way to lock the dividers in the middle drawer.If you don't have it full, things tend to shift when opening and closing the door.3.Not sure what you call it, but I guess it's the water overflow catcher beneath the water and ice dispenser.It is small and it fills up very quickly and there is no way for the water to evaporate from under the cover.Others we have had, had holes in them so the water could evaporate easier.This may not bother others, but we use the crushed ice and water all the time, so it often overflows and streaks the fridge. We try to remember to clean the water out every couple of days or so.
All that being said, I still think this fridge is so far above anything else in this price range.We have been married 45 years and have lived many places and had many, many fidges all makes and set-ups.For me, this is the only thing I would ever want again.The french doors and bottom freezer just make so much more sense than anything else (and I used to think a freezer on bottom was stupid).The middle drawer with adjustable temps is so useful.Just wish we had it when the kids were still home.
To anyone, I would say if you have a chance to get this, do it.I can't imagine not having mine.

This chiller (froster) is great!It chills very quickly, holds the temperature steady and is very quiet.Sleek design and holds lots of beer.I'm chilling bottles, so I have the remperature set at about 26 degrees. We've now ordered a beverage frig from the same manufacturer to chill pop bottles and cans.I would highly recommend this product.
Note: It took over a month before it actually achieved the sub 32 degree temperature.

My kitchen is quite small and lacks a built-in microwave, so this model is a good fit for me.Pretty basic control pad but adequate for my purposes, as I use it mainly to reheat leftovers or prepare steamed veggies.I've had it for a month or so and can't say how it will hold up over time.Mine is white metal; the finish is smooth and of decent quality.The interior dimensions are fine for my needs.My only criticism so far is that the glass revolving tray lacks notches to keep it in place, and it moves out of alignment on occasion.I think this is a well-priced choice for a small kitchen, dorm room, or office, where it will get light use and won't get moved around a lot.

This is a heads up for anyone who has sensitive hearing as I do: this little microwave oven works well enough and fits nicely on the kitchen shelf but it has an annoyingly loud beeper to let you know the heating has finished (and it beeps again several times if you forget to take the dish out within a couple of minutes). I like my new microwave but have a couple issues.You have to pull the door open, there is no button to pop the door open.This is fine but you need one had to stabilize the oven and the other had to pull the door open, not good if you are carrying your dinner in one of your hands. This is my first new oven in a few years, it will take some time to get used the the beep that lets me know I forgot my dinner!It is not a one touch then start type oven, you have to select an item, tell it how many you are cooking, then say "ok".It is just easier to put in the 3 minutes and start!Want Sunbeam SGS90701W 0.7-Cubic Feet Microwave Oven, White Discount?
It is a small microwave. but for me works better than my big one (popcorn, etc,) Definitely recommend.It looks great on the cabinet.

I love the new fridge.So far everything is running well.All the features are great.Perfect size for the counter top.Most definitely more storage than the old side by side that it replaced.I did not want the in-the-door ice and water dispenser.I have been down that road and the convenience does not outweigh the headaches when it breaks down.Every through the door ice and water dispenser I have ever had has broken down.The only problem that I have found (and I have seen this in another review) is that the sliding freezer door sticks after it slides about 2-3 inches out.It's like there's a catch.I've looked and looked for it.I cannot find it.It must be in the slide mechanism.I will try to keep you updated after I call Fridgidair.Read Best Reviews of Frigidaire Gallery FPHG2399MF Here
I only recently learned of a "counter-depth" refrigerator.I have a small, U-shaped kitchen and my former standard depth refrigerator stuck out and spoiled the balance of the kitchen.This is the ONLY 'frig' I could find that met my criteria: counter-depth, no water/ice in door (been there/done that) and freezer/ice maker in drawer.Fits perfectly and looks built in.I do not like stainless doors, so for me this was a negative but not a deal-breaker.Ironically, the sides of the refrigerator are patterned grey vinyl -what I would have preferred for the doors. Not on my must have list, but I like the French doors.The frig is much roomier than expected.This was a special order at my store, so I could not see the interior before ordering.I paid $1829 delivered by a local store, for the Professional Series. The Gallery series was quoted at $1779.So far I am thrilled with it.Hope this helps.

I have owned a similar Frigidaire Gallery unit (ice maker in the freezer) for 18 months now and I would NOT purchase this unit, or any similar unit, from Frigidaire again.
Here's the issue I have had the Ice maker replaced once (I'm on my second ice maker) and every so often, the mechanism freezes over. The problem is that the mechanism that fills the ice tray is gravity fed. Something goes wrong, and the ice maker spews water all over the inside of your freezer. And your ice maker... And the large gears that the freezer door relies on to open and close.
So, last night, my freezer door is completely frozen shut. I nearly broke the unit (not to mention my back, legs) trying to get the freezer door open so that I could spend 45 minutes at a really odd angle with a blow dryer trying to melt and chip away at the iceberg that was the left side, back and bottom of this freezer unit.
Unless your masochistic, or just feel like playing a bad joke on someone, stay away.
Be warned. French door fridges are known for having water spouts hidden somewhere, typically in the side door. While this Fridge is great to look at, it does NOT have a water spout. It DOES have a filter, but that's only for ice. For the price, I would have hoped that filter would provide drinkable water also.

Bought this unit based on looks and inferred quality, i.e. maker of commercial products. Unit does not hold consistent temperature. Regardless of what you set, it floats on its own depending on environmental temperature. While house is at 72-76, white wine side will not get below 50. Also noisy operation, much louder than regular fridge. Company support is non-existent. Have sent emails and service requests with no response. Looks great, but first priority is to actually hold temperature.And have no idea where you put the other 10 bottles above 36 shown, 6 bottles x 6 trays. Spend more, buy a name brand with a established service team.
