I bought this model (WCR683DZD) about 5 years ago.It worked great for the first three or four years.Then, I left the door just slightly cracked two times in the last year.Both times, I found a puddle of water outside the chiller the next morning.Then, about three months after the second time the door was left cracked open, it just stopped working and displayed an E4 error code.I've spent hours searching for any documentation on the cost of fixing this item or steps for repairing the item.I found only two different answers, but neither offers much detail.I called for service and waited, and waited, and waited on hold with no response.Finally, I gave up.Currently, I am considering writing this unit off as trash and buying a competing unit from a reputable company that stands behind its products.
