I think this beverage cooler is the best portable, convenient, user-friendly refrigeration system for the mid-level needs of my student customers.I enjoy the item, and it is a great product.Now, let's talk customer service.One of the two items came dented, and I had to send it back.These guys made good on the return--making it so convenient. As soon as they got word of the damage from delivery they had a replacement unit in-transit.The replacement arrived two days after the damaged one was picked up for return.I would gladly do business with this company again.
I highly recommend them.Great item, terrific customer service.
