Overall very happy with this product.Replaced a more expensive Sears (Kenmore) brand filter.Fit perfectly.Instructions are a little sparse but then again there's not much to this.Both this brand and the Kenmore brand recommend purging a few gallons of water through the system before use.With the Kenmore filters I don't recall too much debris in the first batch of water.With the Supco filter the first gallon was very cloudy grey.I believe this is loose charcoal from the filter.Either way, the water cleared up very quickly and quality now seems great.Satisfied customer.
