Turns out my refrigerator had electronic switching and this unit wouldn't

work.Instead, I modified the refrigerator to keep the light

on all the time and replaced the standard light bulb with 10

Watts worth of Christmas lights....Works well so far.

I ordered this heater because a brand new $500.00 refrigerator I bought from Sears for my Barn out back of my property was not freezing anything.Sears was no help they wanted to sell me an $1100.00 Goliath refigerator that is supposed to work in a building with no heat.I did a search online for others having the same problem as I was.Found this Electrolux/Frigidaire Garage RefrigeratorHeater Kit.The problem is the freezer sensor is actually in the refirgerator and does not function properly if the room temperature gets below 55 degrees or so.I followed the internet instructions to install .... I found pictures ...and everything went in perfectly in about 15 mins. Low and behold my freezer fan came on right away when I finished and pluged the refrig back in.Everything is frozen solid now and we have had some 20 degree nights and 30's during the day.This thing is great.Thanks for nothing Sears you can eat your $1100.00 Goliath refrigerator!
