On the positive side, the cooler is quiet, the capacity is as advertised, and the zones seem to be accurate on the temperature.However, a couple of weeks ago, as I was hosting a dinner party, one of the shelves gave way and three bottles fell to the floor.(Thankfully, only one of them broke.)As I was trying to determine the cause, I looked inside and saw that each of the shelves was to be stabilized with a peg on each side of the unit, but that there was no peg for the left side of the shelf that collapsed.I have since called the company to seek a remedy but have yet to receive a response.That drops the unit from five stars to two.
