I purchased a toaster oven and bought a warranty. The toaster stopped working after about a year, I called Square trade and explained that the toaster is not working, they told me no problem just return the item without any questions. I returnedthe product and I received a full refund as gift card at Amazon.com. and at that time I bought a different toaster oven and again I bought a warrantywith Square trade. they are very reliable and do notgive you a hard time to refund your money.

Squaretrade handled my claim professionally and quickly.I am thankful and impressed how caring Jared was, because my claim required numerous repairs, which were all covered...Finally, when the item was deemed unrepairable, a full refund was issued so I could purchase a new item of my choice...Couldn't be happier...

I had a claim for a dishwasher and it was handled professionally.The claim process was a snap; it was done online.After finding out the parts were no longer available for the dishwasher, Squaretrade reimbursed the full amount of the purchase using PayPal.I will always give Squaretrade the opportunity to quote a warranty on a major appliance.

Purchased a portable compact washer apartment size. Worked beautifully for almost 1 year. Broke down right before purchase date. Manufacturer would not honor their 1 yr warranty that comes with the product. Good thing I also purchased SquareTrade's warranty plan. Called them. They evaluated the situation and issued a refund for the full purchase price. I highly recommend SquareTrade! Will use them again! Tell your friends!
