Avanti refrig arrived exactly as advertised. It was boxed well and shipped in good time.My only complaint, if any, is that the "stainless steel" finish is quite dull and grey in color, but it blends in nicely with my office counter.

The fact that the refrigerator was defective and did not get cold...at all was not as frustrating and aggravating as the subsequent custormer service or lack of it!!! i purchased the same make and model refrigerator at least 6 or 7 years ago, and it is still working fine. So i understand that sometimes these things happen. However it has been nearly 1 month since my initial complaint and the refrigerator has not been replaced. I did receive approximately 1 million emails directing me to contact the manufacturer (Avanti) who sent me back to Amazon; and somewhere along the way some entity named "Evive" became involved...but the refrigerator is still here!!!
