Id would like to give this oven five stars as I love the solution to offering both a dual oven and a full sized oven in one package HOWEVER... the partition switch is poorly designed in that the switch has to be pressed nearly all the way down by the partition to be recognized by the oven, so even vibrations from putting something in or out of the oven would be sufficient to turn off the switch, thereby causing the oven to turn off. Repairman actually had to adjust the switch itself to get it to work properly as his first attempt to fix it by replacing the switch failed. Love the oven but I think Samsung should take another look at that switch.

Having said that, now that its fixed we love this oven!

The burners work great, love having convection cooking and the dual zone oven is a clever idea that works really well and is to me preferable to buying an actual dual oven that really only gives you two half ovens.

One should not need to call a repairman to get a 1500 dollar oven working properly samsung! And I like samsung, have a samsung lcd tv, have a new fridge by them too, is awesome, love it!

Yes I would recommend this oven to a friend, but I would advise them about the problem with the partition switch when doing so.

I am now on my second Flex Duo oven.The first was replaced by the company I ordered it from because the ceramic top was broken.The second oven has been horrible.First the console had to be replaced because of an SE error that appeared as soon as it was plugged in (1 week without an oven/range). Next, the flex duo partition was warped and would not divide the oven ( Can't use the double oven feature).Now, the triple burner will not work (So part of my range does not work.)I have made multiple calls to Samsung and they keep sending repairmen out.However, I have yet to be able to use the range. After the third incident I requested a new oven and they said they will only d that if it is beyond repair.I am extremely disappointed in Samsung's customer service. I have had the stove for over a month and have not been able to truly use it for anything other than a pretty display in my kitchen.I think the stove maybe wonderful, if it would ever work.Beware, however, as if you have any issues, Samsung is not helpful and not customer friendly.

I absolutely love this range. I do have to keep my manual handy because it's definitely an upgrade from my old one. The double oven 1 door feature is brilliant!
