This filter fits the same as the large whirlpool filter from Lowes.It seems to last twice as long though. I have lots of iron in my water, after 14 days of service live on one of the filters from Lowes I could taste iron. The filter I got/get from here last 60+ days before the iron taste starts to show up.Great quility item.
