This is a great feeling and wonderful product. We ordered a replacement cartridge through amazon. The prices were really good. Unfortunately, we didn't realize there were different types of cartridges for the filter unit. Even tho' we got the wrong cartridge, the vendor, Pavel, was GREAT. They were so helpful and when my boss opted to order from our old vendor (just because we knew we'd get the right one even tho' the price is a lot more) I wanted to give Pavel a thumbs up because they were so pleasant and helpful. We'll order from them the next time we need to replace the cartridge.
